Welcome to our project review tracker. This chart is designed to display the review and revision steps that lead to a Planning Board decision. The chart works for reviews that are in progress and for projects that have been completed already, records what happened for that project.

The blue red and green colored bars represent the typical expected durations for those review cycles and for applicant revisions. When those bars that represent expected step durations are added up, they represent the desired 120day project duration.

As each of those expected steps actually occurs, a black bar is placed within the colored bar showing the step’s typical duration. If a review step takes longer than expected, the black bar extends beyond the colored bar. The colored bars still to be completed would all shift backwards with the actual duration of that previous step with that step’s black bar.

Important Note: The Commission provides the Development Activity Information Center as a convenience to users. We are continuously adding to and updating the development data and documents that are available online. At any point, there may be a document that has not yet been posted or revised. To view the complete record on a development project, users are encouraged to visit the information counter at 8787 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring.
